Blue Dog Culture was born from the bold, untamed spirit of Harvey, an Australian Stumpy Tail Blue Heeler who roamed the Pilbara, the South West, and Perth with relentless courage, curiosity, and heart. Whether camping under the stars or exploring rugged landscapes, Harvey embodied the traits that now fuel our work: a sharp listener, a boundary pusher, and a natural leader unafraid to carve a new path.
His energy, tenacity, and resilience are the heartbeat of Blue Dog Culture. From leadership development and coaching to emotional culture and organisational capability, we channel Harvey’s adventurous spirit by blending a playful, purpose-driven approach that empowers leaders and teams to step up, stand out, and thrive.
Harvey’s legacy lives on through our work and our giving. A portion of our profits supports Australian Working Dog Rescue, ensuring that working dog breeds find homes as courageous and caring as they are.
