But what really gets us going is providing space for people to see what’s possible when we lead with courage, not control.
Over the past 20 years, we have worked across all kinds of industries and leadership levels.
We have seen leadership done well, and seen the damage when it’s not. And we have learned culture isn’t a side project. It’s the whole game.

Blue Dog Culture was born from the spirit of Harvey, an Australian Stumpy Tail Blue Heeler who roamed the Pilbara, the South West, and Perth with unwavering courage, curiosity, and heart.
Harvey wasn’t just by our side, he shaped the way we lead.
Harvey’s traits of being a sharp listener, a challenger of boundaries, and a loyal companion unafraid to take the lead, inspired the values that now drive our work.
But we are the ones holding the lead.
Blue Dog Culture builds on his legacy with intention and purpose, guiding individuals, leaders, and organisations to navigate complexity, challenge the norm, and grow with courage and authenticity.

I’m the Director and Consultant at Blue Dog Culture, and a Leadership and Culture Coach reimagining how leadership, culture, and development really work.
I partner with individuals, teams, and organisations to build workplaces where courage leads, emotion is seen as strength, and people are empowered to thrive.
But here’s the thing. I nearly didn’t finish high school. I was the one always asking questions. Not to be difficult, but because I was curious. That curiosity got me kicked out of class more times than I can count. I was labelled disruptive, told I wouldn’t amount to anything.
Not anymore.
Now (two degrees later tyvm), I create spaces where questions are welcome and where leaders are supported before and as they step into the role, not just when things go wrong. Because everyone has potential. And no one should have to figure it all out alone.
I’m known for cutting through the noise and getting straight to what matters. I bring bold ideas to life and turn strategy into meaningful action. I work closely with business owners, frontline leaders, and executives to shape emotionally intelligent cultures, spark brave conversations, and unlock potential.
My coaching superpower? Courage. I’m not here to play it safe. I ask the questions that shift thinking, challenge assumptions, and open up new ways of working.
